An exam is required before we can schedule a patient for a procedure. Depending on the type of procedure, pre-anesthetic blood work may also be required. We will generate a treatment plan/estimate to outline all costs included in the procedure during the patient exam.
A pre-procedure deposit is taken at time of the procedure scheduling.
Pre-op instructions:
- 48-hour cancellation, $150 deposit.
