During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have transitioned to curbside care. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time and text us at (847) 698-3123 to check-in. Your understanding and assistance in reducing wait times for all are greatly appreciated.
For your safety and that of our staff, we are now using a curbside and drop-off process for all veterinary care as well as medication and food pick-ups. We ask that you please call us when you are in the parking lot with your pet, and at that time a staff member will come outside and bring your pet in the hospital. Your veterinarian will communicate with you by phone about any diagnosis and treatments, and we are processing payments via telephone whenever possible.
This is how the visits work
1. Confirm your visit the day before: Our staff will reach out via call or text to confirm you are coming in, please let them know.
2. Arrival in the parking lot: Once you arrive, please text our staff at (847) 698-3123 to notify them. When your arrival is confirmed, you can walk your pet up to the door for drop off.
3. Veterinary consult, treatment, and payment: Our medical staff will call you with the results of your pet’s exam as well as treatment details. During this call, you will also speak to one of our Client Service Representative who can process your payment.
4.) Time for pick up! When your pet’s exam is complete, you can walk to the side door to pick them up.
